Wheat, the symbol of fertility for thousands of years, is much more than a plant in Anatolia. In these lands, wheat means tradition; therefore, it is an integral part of our culture. We, as Selamoğlu;
In line with the idea of 'Leave no land cropless and idle', we produce for the last four years the 'Ancient Etruscan Bread Wheat', which grows only with the power it receives from nature, on a 'virgin land', in other words, on our registered and vacant land that has never been exposed to any synthetic substance before.
In 2022 and 2023, most of the wheat we have grown was given to Ankara Metropolitan Municipality, and the remaining wheat was used to produce bulgur and shared with many people. "The bosom of the Anatolia did not turn us away."
